Question about loot drops
Lets just say i JUST got rid of a 10 game chat restriction, when will i be able to earn the non-existent key fragments again ?

I wouldn't worry about it. Key fragments are so rare that even if you have gotten all 48 key fragments in the season that unless you farm key fragments 24/7 you'll probably be able to open half of them if you are lucky. They get more rare as the month goes on, and after getting one key (3 fragments + 2 additional), they became so rare that I have gone 15 wins without getting a fragment.
