Keyshards are very hard to obtain, literally 5 chests and NO KEYS FRAGMENTS SO FAR

So ive played a lot of league recently, and i have 5 chests from , but i haven't received a single key fragment, what's the percentage of obtaining them, do you still receive them in losses or only wins ? because i really love this system and how you should actually play the game to get rewarded, but it seems that you literally cannot obtain keys other than purchasing, which i wont ...

Don't know what the percentage is, but i've gotten 6 fragments.

Key Frags can be obtained when you win a matchmade game, it is not 100% of the time tho. The more people in your party will increase the odds of getting a key aswel.

I got 4 key frags the first day Hextech crafting was release and i have yet to get another one, i agree they're hard to get :/
