[GAMEPLAY] the F's matchmaking system and surrender vote change

So today i decided to play some games with my friend, and lets just say that we played 10 games, 5 ranked and 5 unranked.

Game 1 : We always were first pick, since our ELO is the highest ( as if it works that way LOL ), we got mid and jg, but then our last pick with a childish name like xXswagmasterXx ( not actual name ) instalocks and yells " I WILL CARRY " and then ends up by going 3/15 by 20 min, we FF'd

Game 2 : as usual, we were first pick and same thing happened, then i noticed our 4th pick yell "WHY DIDNT YOU BAN KATARINA AND BLITZ, F'ING NOOB" as he proceeded to instalock teemo and then fed the living FUCK out of the enemy, we ended up losing that game

Game 3 ( a special one ) : we were done with ranked so we went to troll pick ( blind pick ), where we finally said "Hey, we finally have a decent team" But in the loading screen we saw that they had to jg, in which our jg ( my friend ) was happy because he can take their jungle. Around 1:00 we noticed our the enemy team had 3 TOP and our went into the bush they were in, as the map was filled with pings to retreat, he just went there and kept AA'ing until he died, he then typed in the all-chat "LAAAGGGGGG, JK I SUCK" and then fed them 3 more kills before AFK'ing for 15 min as they proceeded to get OUR FUCKING INHIBITOR AT 6:00, so then he comes back and feeds more, encourages the enemy team like " NICE SHOT " "THAT SHOWED 'EM WHO'S BOSS " and so on. and then the game went on when we were telling him not to DIVE IN 1V5 AND DIE IN LESS THAN 2 SECONDS WHILE HE WAS BUILDING AND A FUCKING . then he went to the enemy jg, killed the wolves then dove in 1v5 again, and so on( he even had 53 CS by 40 min, eww ). me and my friend ended up carrying harded than the effort you put into making this matchmaking system.

Game 4: ranked was terrible, so we decided to play another troll pick game, as we noticed we both had ( our team and the enemy team ) and we both had . I ended up wining lane and went 10/2 before forcing objectives on the enemy team, like towers and dragons, even an inhib tower, but then i realized that our was 0-7 and the enemy was 9-1, enemy was 11-5 and our was 3-14. I decided to ask what went wrong and if i can help, but responds were like " SHUT UP NOOB, YOU CAN'T EVEN PLAY RIGHT". Not only that but our keeps diving in 1v5 , same thing with out , adn the time that i asked our riven to dive in to start a fight, she decided to wait till the enemy got a quadra and killed us all, but she died -_- ( but a funny thing that happened was that the enemy kicked her to which then launched her again towards , which made me lose my sides xD)

Game 5: just a regular troll pick game,

our supp: don't worry guys, i'm a pro and i will carry ( he went 1-8 and our went 1-9 AGAINST A FUCKING , AN EARLY GAME CHAMP LOST AGAINST A LATE GAME CHAMP ?!?!?!? )

And the surrender vote, please change it, games are going too long even tho we end up losing because the vote is 3/2, i mean, instead of the game being 25:00 min long, my team wants to add another half a FUcKING hour of pain and torture, please do something about this
