gold players ruin games

So, what ive niced is, golds , especially gold 5 with win ratio arround 40% are spamming chat every game, how good they are, that they got to play and win against vs a b4 opponent, then scolding a bronze player at the same game who lost his lane vs diamond. Or well, some other golds/plats play equally their lane even with master tier, and they start scolding those people that they arent fed. Had a game, where a g5 bot started scolding me and my teammate, p5 d5, that we are playing equally with a d3 p2 on botlane on miror matchup.

There should be a report system, that just starts putting people like those vs plat+ players, so they get over their ego, or just stop playing because game is too imbalanced for them.
