Why is % health true damage allowed to be uncounterable. Today I went up against a Fiora main that tower dive me and Lee, and did around 3k true damage to me, yet I'm a tank. How are you suppose to play against % health true damage?
It is not uncounterable. You just cannot counterbuild the actual damage - but all significant sources of %-HP true damage have counterplay around it (Fiora's is tied to her marks, Vayne needs to hit you thrice in a row, Redemption is delayed).
Well I mean Just about every rework Riot did, has % health damage. Who knows why.
Fiora is easy to counterplay, and entirely eliminate her true damage.

How can a tank do their job at tanking and peeling for their team, when they are being annihilated by % health true damage.
By realizing the champions that have it are balanced around it. Now stop crying and learn to play against them.
Not everything is suppose to be counterable. Some things need to be reliable and other's just aren't counterable. For example Vayne's W can be counterbuilt. Building items that slow attack speed will reduce how many times she can get three shots in. Additionally, only like 10% of Vayne's damage comes from her W, so armor and hp is still effective.
Here is a question: What the heck is percent health True damage? I am confused... Maybe I should clarify-- how is that different from percent max health damage? Have I been wrong and armour can actually block some of that max health damage? Vayne... You are a cheat. If not, then what is the difference between % Health True Damage versus % Max Health Damage? I already see that latter is based upon the enemy, while the former is based upon... what? I am confuse.
Fiora is just retarded top lane there is literally no champion you can take top lane and win vs her because she;ll out damage and out duel you every time.
