Is stealing someone role in Rank Bannable?
If someone got auto-filled to support, but instead they decided to steal your role in rank, is that consider bannable?

Yeah, but its very unlikely they'd actually be punished for it.
It depends is the answer. Off-meta play in and of itself is not bannable. For example, a toplaner buying sightstone because the support was not doing his / her job. But forcing a player to do a duo lane could - depending on other factors.

however, there is a fine line between off meta (duo top / mid) & lane stealing without permission.
I played sona bottom in draft. I explained what i was doing and the support flamed me and said they were taking the worst support Annie. She proceeded to take my cs and stood in lane after she got bored she then went top and started doing the same. Managed to carry her toxic ass and win. Only person I reported that night left a detailed note on what she did and in the morning I had a notice that she was punished.
