I agree. Heimer could use a little more.

His turrets need a serious buff. (How is it fair that Azir's units are invincible???) 24s CD abiliyt with low range - get destroyed by a single 4s CD Syndra Q.

Also 18s CD on a low travel time skillshot (with low base damge) and 11s CD on another difficult to land DELAYED skillshot which only does full damage in an EXTREMELY specific area just can't keep up with new champions.

The irony becomes even stronger when we consider the fact that he burns his mana incredibly fast, considering that other champion cast their spells 3 times as often for higher damage per cast and still have less mana issues.
