Have the balance team even tried last hitting cc as shen (especially behind and under turret)? Building Tiamat for last hitting is just a huge gold sink, when you take your garbage base stats to consideration?

Anyway the coolest tank and duelist is Shen, but he is none of that. Buff Cho'gath who is broken if you ask me.

I feel like they should make him more of a ninja. Ki Strike was good when it came down to dueling people, Vorpal's regen was good. They should maybe try and consider making him more of a bruiser/fighter champion than a tank. Thats just me. Shen mains probably have better ideas than me.
