Are they reverting leblanc?

Def not reverting, prob just gonna get a full scale rework, she was the only toxic/unfair assassin, but because of her, the whole class got nerfed

Just a partial revert. They'll keep parts of her new kit, and bring back parts of her old kit. Much like what they recently did with Rengar.

I hope they give Talon a new E. I may be the few that don't like it. To me it doesn't feel like an ability but more like a gimmick.
