Jungle needs to have its power brought it line
It seems that almost every game is decided 100% from the jungle.

yep just like my last game... cuz we (team) picked the most OP jungler 
it had nothing to do with 
mid who did 25k damage to champs and went 16-2-6
or the bot lane of 
3-1-8 with maokai support going 4-1-11
it was that damn YETI out playing LEE SIN and going 3-0-10 with 2844 damage to champs
Yep. How people do in lane is 100% reliant on the jungler. Lose lane? His fault. Lose game? We didn't even have a jangler.
Balance team is made of jungle and support mains, hence why those roles get nothing but buffs and why jungle gets to stay broken for years.
