Singed mechanics

Singed Mega Glue slows enemies who enter. This makes sense because a glue isn't only sticky if you fall into it. However, it feels half complete. I purpose adding a root for champs that jump into it.

For example, Tristana 's w, Pantheon's ult, Khazix jump, Elise rappel, Braum ult, Zac jumps.

An additional thought is to add more potential roots to it, such as, if a champion flashes into it's radius, a champion visible jumps (Darius ult, Jax q, ), Ezreal blinks, Vayne tumbles, Riven jumps in with q, Katarina e, Amumu q, etc. Of course at their discretion.

In short, anything that visually leaves the ground (or, potentially, uses a summoners or spell to get inside his glue) is subject to his root. This mechanic will add immediate utility and vitality to singed, without directly buffing his stats.

I think grounded would be actually a better effect on it.

They can't dash out of it, because - ya know it's too sticky for a dash/flash ^^

hahahahaha I love it. The thought of Pantheon man-dropping onto a glue trap

Not sure if I understand what you are saying. Singeds glue has always had an effect no matter when you stepped on it.

If I recall correctly, what they added was a root when Singed tossed an enemy ONTO the glue, which was a mechanic that didn't exist when I used to main him.

Because that particular mechanic is difficult to pull off, I'd like to see that root last longer, but the slow + Rylais makes for one of the best kiting Champs in the game....I think it would actually be detrimental to his kit to root anyone that wasn't intentionally rooted....you WANT them to slowwwwwly follow you

Why not just add the grounded debuff on it?i mean it makes sense

grounding is the term riot used and i agree

A question for singed players. Why do you find it amusing to play him? The only type of singed player I encountered is the proxy farmers, basically every game they just farm and suicide behind towers, I seriously don't see how can you play something like this.

But singed already has a root on his glue. You toss enemies into they are rooted

Darius (my main) ult and garen ult don't count as movement. You can dunk in one place and if they flash away the animation still goes through and they still get dunked. They also stay in the same spot when they dunk (i'm pretty sure) just the animation extends a little in Darius case.

It'd be interesting if Singed's W rooted anyone that moves faster than, say, 200-250 units per half second into, out of, within or through the area, including dashes, very fast movement speeds (very fast, since the slow is still there) and sideways displacements, but not blinks. A simpler dash/displacement root would also be interesting.

that would be really fun

How about a drink? It's nearly time. Mix, mix, swirl, mix. To shake, or not to shake.

Not sure if that's Singed or Johnnie Black talking! :)

That's a really smart idea, but I think what singed needs is a more interactive kit overall.

I like it. SInged needs a little love and this would be a nice little buff without being too toxic.
