Built in support for recoding games

Sometimes I make great plays or had such a great game that I wish that I recorded it. Recording all of my games with recording software hurts my fps, and I know that MKLoL offers this functionality (as well as localized use of otherwise unavailable skins) and through lolnexus you can record matches (that is in its beta), but I believe that adding built in support for this is a much more viable option. In its early stages it could simply be a toggle and/or game option, later on there can be a built in video editor which would allow you to easily edit your videos (maybe toggle on and off chat) and create clips of the highlights, then even later it could make it simple to upload to your facebook, youtube, or other social media.
