Double Cast to Self Cast Sugestion

Not sure if this is the right place, but I would like to suggest double cast for self cast. For example, Morgana's shield can be used on yourself by pressing it once then once more within a second or so. Of course if you have quick cast on, I suppose you can hover over yourself, but in a fierce team fight where you get caught in the middle of the fight quickly and accurately hovering over yourself seems like a less reliable method. Also if quick cast is on, you perhaps can have it if you target nothing and double cast it will be cast on the summoner.
