Regarding towards ADC's Passive

In this past month and past December, there were plenty of threads that were talking about a specific ADC champion and their passive problem. Those threads were up voted and I have ever yet to see a Rioter commenting on what their opinions are EXCEPT for Miss Fortune.

The champions that were talked over upon passives were, , ,, ,

: Her passive at this point of era is pretty USELESS and needs a passive rework because her passive relies on "charging" for a critical attack and to "charge" you need to not attack what so ever. Pretty much similar to except her passive grants her a critical shot by stacking upon every auto.

: Varus only gains attack speed within his passive for just a few seconds only when he kills things so basically his passive is useless till team fights where he can unleash a possible double kill or more if that's ever likely the case but why does he need more attack speed if the items he builds are enough to do work?

: Attack speed items + her passive = Pretty OP since it's hard to keep up with her.

: Some people found her passive pretty useless since all it does is give her a lot of movement speed but a Rioter has said if they were to give her more than just movement speed in her passive then her damage within her kit would have to be slightly nerf'd but at this point miss fortune's passive isn't useless due to the fact that it's a perm boost.

Lastly, Sivir. Sivir's passive is pretty good since your movement speed increases when you're attacking a champion but the problem with this is there's already champions that have a passive with movement speed boost such as except vayne has it when being in range of a champion while jinx is a hyper speed boost upon destruction/kills. Sivir should also be along with Ashe when it comes to passive reworks since certain ADC's have mobility only within their passive. Even tho her passive gives her a great amount of movement speed it isn't unique or creative since her Ult is a hyper speed boost. A passive that syncs in with her Boomerang Blade or Spell Shield would be a great Idea like if it were to give a certain boost but again, something unique.
