So I’m playing league for about a year now...

And WOW I never had, such ridiculous, disgusting and “special teams” like this. My botlane often gives the enemies 20-25 kills. Recently, the enemy team took down our botlane turret at 5 fcking minutes, and 4 turrets we’re down at the 16min mark. The game was finished in 20min. I know there are games which just aren’t winnable, but I feel now that these teams are coming now too often. And I noticed that even in silver people begin to surrender. I had games where we decided at 15min too surrender, because the enemies are snowballing sooo hard. I am mentally stable, but I am getting enough of this. It’s getting literally too much.

You'll be seeing a lot of that if you're planning on climbing and reaching a high rank. Just do your best every game and hope your teammates will do their best as well, stay cool and don't give up.

If it is getting too much with toxicity and moral that your mental health is in danger then take a break from league. I am not talking about a quick 5-10 min break before jumping into ranked again, I mean like at least a day or longer break, try play a different and less toxic game that is fun and enjoyable. Or maybe do something outside like a hike or going to the beach. I know this might not be the answer you are looking for but for no reason should you, or anybody, destroy their mental health while playing a game.

In summary: prioritize taking care of yourself (in all ways) over hurting your mental health from a game.

If you think that you can make good enough choices you can do /muteall at the beginning or during the game.
