LOL causes my PC too crash and then the client patches again??

So i was in a game had no problems and then out of nowhere my PC goes black and crashes. I had to restart my computer.

Then i open my client and i have too patch again? How am i able to reconnect?

Can someone explain me what is going on and how can i fix this this? It started happening 1 week ago and it happened now 3x times
