Yi on ARAM needs about a 50% nerf
Once he gets two items there is really zero counterplay...

Delete him, there's your counterplay.
It's nearly impossible for him to flank and pick easy 1v1s on howling abyss, he has to engage a proper teamfight.
You can stun him and kill him, but once he gets his first alpha strike off, it can be difficult if you don't have several times.
