Ranked Matches: Champion Selection

1. I think their should be 10 bans, 1 ban per summoner, same as pick order; blue, red, red, blue, blue, red, red, blue, blue, red before champion selection.

This adds a lot more strategy into banning and lowers the risk of 1 troll 1st pick banning the 3 champs they lane against. For example: a summoner wants to use Katarina mid and has 1st pick so their bans are Diana, Lissandra and Kassadin. Guess who the red team used for their last ban...

This also eliminates a know it all teammate specifically banning a champ you said you were going to use. As we were discussing who would go where and who we would use. I realized we had a pretty AD based team, so I was going to jungle as Diana or Nautilus (very OP junglers and my match history shows I thrive with them and win over 85% of matches I use them to jungle). Our "team leader" insisted those were bad ideas and used our last 2 bans to ban... and

2. Toxic player voting. If 3 out of 4 summoner's decide player 5 is toxic, that player gets kicked out of champion selection and everybody except that summoner gets re-queued.

I shouldn't have to suffer through a full game (or at least 20 minutes of one) with a player I discovered to be toxic in the champion selection screen.

I'm currently unable to join a ranked queue right now because I just dodged. I was 3rd pick on red team. 1st pick chose Lucian as ADC, 2nd pick was jungle Udyr. Now it's 3rd and 4th pick. 4th pick instalocked , took and as summoner spells, then told Lucian he should take smite, exhaust and go top lane because she wasn't sure if she was going to mid against Katarina or go ADC. We're all mad and WTF'ing in the chat box, but we have no options but to continue to play. I leave, I get penalized (can't queue for a certain amount of time, lose ranked points and possibly have account suspended if I get put in a queue with another one).
