Are you going to stick to your statement on Poppy or not?

Back in 2013 Morello made these statements, that they would "nerf Poppy if she ever sees play".

She saw competitive play. She was toxic to the game back then. She's still toxic to the game. You guys have done nothing to fix this and her rework isn't even in sight.

Every single game I have a Poppy in I dread, and I don't actually know a player who has disagreed - in lobby, immediate first reaction to a Poppy pick is, "God fucking damn it not again." Doesn't matter if you win, she's not fun to play against, her counterplay is asinine (as in she has basically zero past run, bitch, run), her lategame is so atrociously overpowered that it makes Vayne look tame, and she's old-school Alistar busted where she can turret dive and walk out with little to no damage on top of being able to build up damage while eating up several times what she even puts out - which is a fucking lot.

I thought she'd just pass, but no. It's several months later and I still have to ban her every game now just for fear that I may just hate the next 20+ minutes of my life.
