Adding randomness to the elemental dragon spawn

So, as you guys have heard the elemental dragons are now in to potentially replace the dragon we currently have. They stated that the same type of buff stacks, which now means that two dragons of the same type can spawn back to back. People are split over this decision, because it adds another element of RNG to the game which some people like and others dislike. I personally do like making the dragon spawns random. Adding in the fixed dragon spawn will lead to a similar type of game play as we see now, there will be a fighting when the fire/wind/water dragon spawns and there will be pushing for the earth one spawns, and so on. With random dragon spawning, teams will be forced to play around the dragon, as no team wants the other to somehow get two stacks of the same buff, which I think is more interesting than fixed dragon spawning.

I like the random spawns as well. It creates interesting variance in the game, making different strategies arise on the fly instead of everything being decided in champ select.

The only fear I have is that rift scuttler will be left further in the dust.

This is exactly what i want. Rift Scuttler will now be more important IMO if the dragon spawns are random. You will not want your enemies to have two stacks of the same buffs.

The thing is, all of the dragons are important, and compliment each other. Having both earth and water dragons would create incredibly strong sieging power, for example.

In addition, the power of elder dragon buff scales with the number of dragons you've already taken, so even random buffs are incredibly strong after this time.
