Petition: Vlad Crimson Rush bar

So I saw Beluga Whale's post in a discussion about Annie's stun bar (link provided) where he mentions that riot doesn't want these style of bars to give too much information/instruction on how to counter play the champ that has it. So I thought of 2 changes for vlad's crimson rush bar considering the state he's in post rework.

1: Remove the slider effect of the crimson rush bar that tells everyone the cool down of vlad's q. This gives too much information to the enemy of when to start backing away to avoid empowered q, make sure the laner actually has to be vigilant and attentive to when vlad uses his abilities to counter play him, instead of the current "oh crap! His bar is almost full, time to back away". A solution would to be just make each charge a solid bar similar to jhin's/Annie's (but obviously still over the length of his health bar).

2: Remove the color change to yellow when crimson rush is post 50%. I feel as if the color change is also giving too much of a warning that vlad is about to get empowered q. The bar turning yellow just screams to the opponent to start moving away. I propose that vlad's bar remains white until he actually has the crimson rush buff and it turns red.

Now I'll admit I'm less tied to idea #2 than I am about #1, but I feel something has to be changed to the current crimson rush bar to not give away the amount of information it does right now. Allow for counter play, but make it so the opponent has to think even a little bit to do it. Right now vlad's own bar does all the thinking for them :/
