Riven needs SOMETHING
so she has mobility for days, an AD scaling shield, knock up, stun, execute. nerf SOMETHING. anything, plz anything. an adequate riven can win for days, give some counterplay minus 3v1

Seriously. Unless the Riven player is very skilled, you will win that matchup 9/10 times.
I never play Riven, so I'm not biased. I don't see the problem with her. Play safe early win late. Don't give her kills and let her push so Jung can bank. Start armor 5pots.
325 base movement speed and her shield should have a downside to using it because as it is currently, the ability is an absolutely free shield and movement ability with a low cooldown on a champion that builds cdr anyway. With no downside to her shield her strategy really becomes "mash the hell out of e". Seriously, the only downsides you can name on this ability are shared by virtually every other ability out there: 1. you mistimed it 2. you can't use it during hard crowd control 3. the ability is already on cooldown and you can't use it.
Watch out OP, Riven mains incoming FAST, they're gonna "explain" why she's not a problem and actually needs some buffs, so be prepared to just ignore their idiocy.
But yes, Riven should be nerfed.... or well, maybe just an adjustment or something. Let her keep her stupidly high damage, as well as her insane amount of mobility for a melee carry, but maybe have her stupid AD scaling shield scale with something else, like, oh idk.... health like just about every single other champ in the game that has a shield? Minus those who have AP scaling shields ofc, cause I admit making Riven's shield scale on AP would be too strong a nerf, seriously.
That would make it so she couldn't just keep building more, and more, and more, and more damage and become far more survivable at the same time. They should make Riven's choose to buff up their shield and defense OR increase their damage more, not both at the same time with the same items.
Maybe also nerf her hard cc, cause a champ with that much mobility as well as insane amounts of AoE and single target damage and decent survivability also having that much HARD cc is just stupid.
