I want Mastery 5 on Shen , an I was thinking, does the length of the game affect of CP gained? Do champion grades affect it? Should I just try to get a lot of CS? Should I just spam Shen on 3v3? I suck so my highest grade is an A on Shen

Game length does give you more XP. Just spam him and you'll get it sooner or later :)
