kindred and orn will be useless no matter what lul kindred with machete has 40 dmg against MONSTERS on jungle level 1 ... and ahri had 63

Ornn was so bad that he needed to get buffed repeatedly to be at a reasonable state.

Kindred needed some tuning, but you're more correct in that they had a big learning curve and were strong once people got used to them.

So... how do you explain me having 70+ games on this account and 30+ on my other account, having a 50%+ winrate on both, and a 5.5:1 or higher KDA on both (as Ornn)?

Congrats? You're not the whole of the playerbase. Sometimes people just take awhile to learn to play againt a champ. Sometimes you get lucky and get autofilled lane opponents. Sometimes you just play against bad players. Maybe you're just natrurally ahead of the curve on him.

He was definately really weak on release. He isn't absurdly difficult or unusual that the learning curve was steep that even a month after release he was still generally underperforming.

No, I'd say he was almost broken on release, and is even more so now that they buffed his damage and reliability.
