i dont think eve is worth the ban right now. Losing 20 damage off her max rank Q is quite a lot. 5 of those and thats 100 damage you're missing now. way more worthwhile bans

I'm not a jungle main at all but if I know it's a devourer jungler I'm going in to invade them constantly and keep vision on their jungle so my team can catch them out and shut them down.

How is this any different to that time months back when Vi, Sejuani, Nidalee, Rek'Sai and Gragas were constant bans. Junglers are always popular targets for bans.
