Honestly most low elo players barely have a grasp on laning and think that it's the entire game... there's a lot of subtle nuances to the game you wouldn't know unless you played for a long time and made mistakes and had the experience to correct them.
That's why I don't call low elo players bad; they just don't have the experience to know how to play the game correctly. Ignorant is a better term

There should be a required to be atleast Gold or Platinum in order to post in the Gameplay and Balance section.
Except there are those of us that do have the knowledge of how to play the game properly, but not enough skill to implement the knowledge or enough time to build up the skill needed
I agree with your ideas. i have a friend who is bronze 3 and complains that its his team that is bad. i played a game with him and he was the worst on our team. i later tried to help him get out of bronze but bronze need to learn to get out themselves
