Let's give League of Legends the Titanfall treatment

Hear me out here.

In Titanfall, players who Cheat or Hack do not get banned. Instead, they get put into a "Cheaters Queqe", where they can only play against other cheaters.

So, can we do this for the idiots of League?

Instead of letting them ruin games and make people upset, force them to play with people just as stupid as them for 10 games.

That's kinda what already happens. Leaver Que applies to the ones that flame/grief. with a minimal chat ban for x number of games.
