My favorite jungle at the moment is Evelynn .

But if for whatever reason she's compromised, I like to do Kindred Kayn Ekko

Also, I only do it because I thoroughly understand the champion, but Katarina jungle is really fun also.

Early clears are still shit, but the recent buffs to his passive make them slightly less so. It's not very optimal, but it's still fun/kind of viable. If you can get an early kill though, it's super easy to snowball from the jungle.

Matters on your definition of fun. If winning every game is your version of fun, then just look at the top win rates for champs. If you want some that have interesting mechanics or unique play styles:

Yorick is really fun. a little rough on the first clear, but once you get teh hang of summoning minions off the jungle its not so bad. But once you hit 6 you can run through both jungles all day with your ult up since it has no time limit as long as you do not get it killed or sucked into a lane. Once your ult is up, very few champs can challenge you in jungle. Also insane clear speeds for drag, rift, and baron.

Skarner Is one of my favorite, I find more success with him as a tanky utility to freeze people and of course his ult. He can split push pretty well once he is built, but is a late gamer. It is always fun when you have someone backed into tower and you have backup to flash in grab and pull them to their death. Works in team fights too to either remove their frontline tank, so all of their squishies are exposed or dive to shut down their damage dealer.

Malphite his ganks are seriously fun, but he is slow at the start.

Teemo Ultimate cancer mode. He used to be insane, but this season the on hit build isn't quite as strong for him. S6 and start of S7 I could 1v3-5 once he was built. Nothing tastier then Teemo pentakills. When I jungle him I don't go full AP, although it works. Tank teemo jg is fun too.
