But seriously, the devs know. There's been a couple of red posts lately about his speed, and they agree that it's a bit much.

He's supposed to be a poke ADC that fires once and backs off with a short burst of movement speed. Best solution would probably be something like having the speed boost decay over its duration so he gets that initial boost where it's needed without running half way to fountain and back.
