Hello I've been playing league of legends since season 5 and I'm stuck in bronze 5. I know it sounds ridiculous but bare with me let me explain. My main role is ADC but I can play every other role when I can. I don't play top and support much since I don't have enough top champs. I learned a lot from watching a ton of streamers and watching videos or what to do and what not to do. Like where to ward, what items to buy and when to buy them, outsmarting your opponent, etc. I've been trying to record my games and learn my mistakes but I cant find any programs except replay.gg since I'm not registered yet. I know the mistakes I'm making but I'm not improving. I feel like I'm not getting any better anymore and I'm getting tired of doing everything for the team when the team cant even do the simplest tasks. I'm getting really lazy and now its coming to a point that its impossible to win 1 game. its getting really frustrating when you try so hard to prepare yourself for something but you don't show any improvement on anything you worked hard for. My brain goes dead every single game and I start to randomly lag. My brother or none of his friends don't want to help me anymore since I show I cant show any improvements. Should I stfu and quit the game or what? I'm lost and need help making some type of improvement. Thank you to whoever reads this

Try to get a better connection or just play normals and improve there, you shouldn't play ranked with a questionable connection when people care more about ranked than normals

You can use a program such as OBS (open broadcasting software) to record yourself, you can set it to a lower bitrate so the file size isn't too big

Play the game if you want, if you have fun with it or you get something out of it. To improve you just keep playing, improve mechanics, improve decisions, improve awareness, improve CS, improve accuracy, everything. You'll get better at that if you keep trying but sometimes people have ruts, it happens, it's your choice whether to go on or not.

try focusing on 1 thing at a time.

go into normal games, put some music on. and focus on the 1 thing you want to improve on.

Csing for example. If you practice csing esp as an ad carry, you'll find games become much easier. Simply by csing better you improve everything else. More gold equals more damage, more potions.

After you've learned to cs better than you did before, slowly try adding in some harass while keeping up in the cs you were doing when you weren't harassing.

I'd say you've gained certain extent of knowledge with what you've been doing, that plus you generally figure out mistakes made. In that case, I'd suggest continue with what you're doing, but play a bit of aram as well. Most ppl use it to try out champs they've never played before, but I use it to practice mechanics and teamfights, since you're pretty much fighting all the time. That plus yolo'ing for a bit might provide you certain degree of stress relief from the frustration you're suffering from.
