well this isnt going well....

Since season 6 has begun I decided to play ranked. I attempted my placements last season but I only did 4 matches and ended up 1 and 3. Every time I get into a ranked game I lag randomly and I lose the game because my ping shoots between 0 and 1000. I'm currently 0 and 5 and i really don't know what to do anymore. I want to get ranked but not like this. I play a lot of adc and switch to mid lane when i get a chance. I know a lot about map awareness, the right items to buy, positioning and when to use my abilities and i can farm pretty well. Sometimes i can get 115 farm in 10 minutes since i practiced so much season 4 and 5. ( i didn't play a lot season 4 since i was really bad). I want to get better at the game but if feel like I'm not making any adjustments to my game. I practice as much as i can everyday just to make some type of improvement but its not getting me anywhere. I'm making the same mistakes every game but i need a little advice.
