Jungle Possibly Different (>patch 6.4)

Has anyone else noticed the jungle has been giving different xp from game to game lately? Its not consistent and the timers seem to be a little different too.

Not sure if tripping or what but I played a Warwick game recently and cleared my whole jungle just to find out I'm still level 3 halfway done to level 4 and I was very surprised
