Jungle is possibly different after patch 6.4

I'm not writing this in the "official" format, because I do not know if it is me or everyone in general. But lately after patch 6.4 or the week of patch 6.4, i've noticed the jungle gives inconsistent xp from one game to another.

Also the timer's seem to be slightly off.

Please let me know if anyone else has noticed this too.
