Does anyone else feel the same way?

I personally miss the time where games would be over 50 minutes, and tensions were high. One team fight decided the game. I felt it was more dynamic and interesting.

Now its just whoever gets the first bot turret. The game is as linear and straightforward as I have ever seen it.

i like that games don't drag on forever most of the time

i prefered when it was 30-40 minute games, though, not a 5 minute game with 15 minutes of filler before surrender comes up

Why do people repeat the main opinion on the forums and then ask "Am I the only one...?"

And what the heck is tense about a game where the laning phase doesn't matter?

No 50 minute games are too long and the death timers are too long for even one person to get caught out without throwing the entire game.

I don't think i've won a game yet where the other team had fb tower...

Fuck season 6 and especially fuck season 7. Get your shit together RIOT pls, I will never leave this game, but less patient people have already left in great numbers and will keep leaving if you dont revert the game to season 1-2-3-4-5 days, especially seasons 2 and 5 that were extremely good...

games are now 5 minutes. whats in between is basically the rich team getting richer. you can't stop the snowball once bot tower dies. they just rotate mid and top. at that point you're around 10k gold behind and not much to be done 90% of the time to comeback.

Personally prefer 40 minutes. I loved season 5 the most due to balance but couldn't stand that one team fight at 50 to 60 minutes to determine the game. Only way it was good for me was if there was an infinite scaling champion, then it somehow still felt like a game to me. While 30 seems to low, 40 just seems right. Especially 40 minutes is the moment where hyper carries have their moment and it is right before the infinite scalers like Nasus and Sion take back the game so you still have a chance if you're against one.

yeah instead of reducing death timer and teleprot cd to the shortest they gave super extra gold from kills which elads to a linear game the moment you get first blood

It may just be your divison, most high elo or good low elo players (those exist?) typically know how to end and not throw

I think it's good to have short games, but they shouldn't all be so short

Any game that goes over 35 minutes just makes me groan. So no.

Ever since S6 I never had an hour or longer game, had a couple of 50 minutes+ about 7 and a few 40 mins or so

I feel you brother the game is in the gutter right now, matches are decided by the first big botlane clown fiesta gank. sad

I didn't really care for it when many games dragged on for 40+ minutes. It felt padded and boring, just dragging on to tedium.

However, I also don't like the current state where games are over at 15 minutes, if not sooner. I think there's a sweet spot they can easily hit. Just reduce the damage globally. It's out of control.
