Riot should learn from other companies like Blizzard.

Every time a new rework or champion is released, everyone has the same complaints.

"X Champion" is played in ranked the first week, and usually it goes terribly.

So many people want to play "X Champion," so they go to normals, but that takes half an hour because everyone dodges because they didn't get "X Champion"

Blizzard has just added their new hero, Orisa, to Overwatch's live servers. But they have disabled her from competitive play for a week because of these problems. Blizzard also has 6v6 "No Limits" which is their version of One for All, but it is always on.

Riot should take initiative. They should add One for All for every rework or champion release, and disable them from ranked. Galio's release just shows how flawed champion releases really are.

And yet, they don't ban new Champs in the MOBA Blizzard made, Heroes of the Storm.

You know Blizzard does have a Moba right? And it isn't Overwatch. It's Hots. lol I don't think they do this in Hots either.

You do realize they don't ban new champions the first week so they can get more accurate data from ranked games? Right?
