But if you really must know any time you are in the loading screen it will always be Xayah as second to last border and Rakan as the last for blind pick. So Xayah and Rakan

They are separate champs, so it doesn't matter which way you want to put them if you thought they were a duality champ.

Alternatively you can go with the chivalrous route and say Xayan and Rakan.
