Fizz ruins game experience

I've never once ever beaten a fizz in my whole year and a half of playing this game. idk why i play it all it does is literally give me suicidal thoughts. anyways WHEN IS 10 BAN SYSTEM COMING OUT I NEED TO PERMA BAN FIZZ SO I CAN NEVER SEE THAT STUPID FISH AGAIN. oh and what drugs were riot workers on when making this char does anyone know?
