I take a break and come back and do bad in a ranked game and i get reported

So i take a month long break and come into the game thinking itll be fun. but then i lose lane and the bot lane starts being super toxic and makes me wanna take another break i got reported and a chat restriction just for doing badly in a game because of false reports and people being angry? how is this fair at all please explain. I can understand being angry, but a chat restriction?
