Riven Mid? WHY WAS THIS VIABLE!?! Why was this... so stupidly OP???

THE PROBLEM IS THE BUILD!!!!!

Anyone remotely like Riven, could abuse it, though I'd wager Riven or Yasuo(Oh fuck god no) would be the worst offenders. Anyone who knows Season 1 should remember the constant call to Nerf Flash, now any jackass can have a 3Minute CD Flash. God forbid they have a kit like Riven that lets them Hard Dive enemies, while having a free 10 Lethality from the get-go.

Where this comes from? Kept wondering why a number of randoms were trying to take Riven MID on my alternate account. One finally got through, no dodges, and she's abusing the absolute hell out of CDR on Summoner Spells, and Lethality, for with 3 Moves, I and any other unlucky player can say goodbye to 1500+HP. So not only does she have a 3 minute Flash, she's acting like an assassin and straight up deleting anyone who wasn't getting protected by the Support's Heal+Shield(Sona Heal) O_o I imagine a lot of champs can abuse this, especially if Sudden Impact can be considered permanently in effect with LOW ENOUGH CD on their Dash/Blink/etc ability, making early damage higher than hell.

Sooo, yeah all in all, I really want to see the Spell Book get a huge nerf in the SS CDR area, and .... the Salty Player's favorite words "NERF FUCKING LETHALITY" This isn't hate on Riven or any other champion, but if this build becomes Meta, Riven and similar champs will definitely get permabanned.

Basically what we're looking at is- Literally 30 to 40% CDR on Summoner Spells, if they build the Lucid Boots 45% CDR on ABilities, which is already annoying to begin with, lets be honest The CDR above translates into 10 Lethality every time she used E. All Lethality/Armor Reduc items give CDR for some reason, so this will happen everytime. THIS IS BEING PLAYED MID, not Top, so I don't like the thought of this roaming.

The Build- Inspiration(P) and Domination(S) Unsealed Spellbook(25% SUMMON SPELL CDR< WTF IS THIS~!?) Inspired trait 1 (doesn't have much bearing) 10 Min Boots were taken, likely to make diving easier) Cosmic Insight. From Domination, Sudden Impact is a must, 2nd is probably whatever you prefer. For Items, the usual Lethality crap, Duskblade, Youmuu's, along with other Armor Reducers like Black Cleaver, or Standards Penetration even from the Last Whisper Lines, and a truly annoying player would use Lucid Boots, but I think 30% alone is pretty strong.

What I'm looking at Nerf wise: Nerf on the Runes primarily, especially Unsealed Spellbook, maybe 10% CDR on SS instead??? Sudden Impact, probably Nerf the CD, so its more like 10 seconds, instead of 4, which is why I called it Permanent 10 Lethality from the get go. And, I'm sure most people are thinking, Nerf the Lethality Items, even gutting the CDR in them would be doing something proactive if you won't drop the Lethality total.
