Although its pretty massive, I blame Support Heimerdinger for the Nerfs

What the heck am I talking about? Have you seen Heimerdinger as a support? He is an absolute bag of trash and hatred to most ADCs.... HIS ADC to be exact. Notice the nerf is pinpointed at only his Turrets. Your Turrets auto-attack... if they ain't auto-attacking Champions, they're autoing Minions, and when that laser goes off, it can nuke an entire wave, and piss the ADC off to no end after Heimer screws them out of a possible 100+ gold. I've been that ADC, I fell behind, because the turrets were constantly trying to shove the lane, our Jungle wasn't able to get in there, because our enemy didn't bother to clean up those CS stealing monstrosities half the time.

EDIT: Not defending the nerf, just giving a logical place to point the blame.

The nerf was to the damage of the beam on RQ. That won't stop this at all.

Didn't say it would stop it, I mean a Relic Shield fully upgraded would probably make a lot of ADCs happy though :X

Cause ADC items are stupidly fucking cheap compared to everyone elses, letting you hit full build 10 minutes ahead of everyone else??

THis is as much hyperbole as it is true. I don't know how much faster they hit full build on average, BUT their items are a ton cheaper.

Their items are cheap and some don't even need more than one item for the power spike I will take Twitch with only Runaan's hurricane killing me in a blink of an eye [zombie-nunu-bummed]

Hmm, well, I'll take a bugfix to Gnar, so I can actually abuse Relentless Hunter while Mega Gnar, cause right now, shit don't work! Wanted to see if I could make a Kite Monster while also covering Mega Gnar's shit base MS weakness :X

Lol what? His regular turrets aren't affected at all. Literally the only thing that was changed was the fully charged beam attack on his ult turret. This thread makes absolutely zero sense

Those R Turrets can KS pretty damn easily, just relax sunshine. I simply made an observation that made sense for what many think is a groundless reason "He's doing too much damage cause of this...."

Even I don't know where they figure that.

If you actually think support Heimer is the reason he got nerfed then you’re out of your fucking mind.

First of all he’s never played in support outside of Bronze 9500, and even then he probably has a non-existent play rate. So that heimer “role” doesn’t even exist as far was Riots concerned.

The reason he got nerfed was because he was a super oppressive top laner the likes of Illaoi where it was almost futile to gank him because he could drop RQ, stopwatch and 2v1
