how do you get boosted in bronze? and if you play 5 games and win 4 for whatever reason on one champ then you have an 80% win rate

Boosting OUT of bronze especially right now since it's the end of the season they want to get gold. And he had 10-20 games on them.

Crawled out of Bronze to Silver 5 (and don't have the time to go up more). There is definetely no difference. I actually think that players in B1 are better than the ones in Silver 5, at least from what I have seen in this division.

21 with pantheon he went down to 67% since that lose. 13 with brand @85%. also his sum spells do change on d/f. http://prntscr.com/d0j9ms

Summoner spells can change around with specific combos (I know people who have Flash on D unless they're jungling, for example). You'd want to look for cases where they swap the order for the same spells multiple times. Narrow it down to the games with Teleport and see if it ever changes.
