Duo Queue Rebalancing

So my friend and I play nearly all games together when we can and league of course is no exception. That being said we play a lot of games, its our biggest hobby and we also have played quite a few mobas (I'm just trying to establish some general credibility that even though I might not be a great gamer; I'm also not the worst gamer...).

Anyway onto my point. Ever since we hit lvl 30 we have been duo queueing in ranked. It's been a pretty frustrating experience. We've been watching videos and making our very best attempts at learning the game because we really do want to win; however, as we play more and more matches we always end the match thinking "Wow the other team had so much better coordination than our team as a whole...they seemed a lot better". We feel this way even when we win.

Now recently I finally found how the "MMR" works when you duo queue and that the system does in fact match you with statistically better opponents to make up for the fact that you are duoing (an understandable advantage).

The problem is; we are having to completely change the way we play the game in order to play champions/positions who can completely carry the entire team in order for us to have a reliable chance of winning our duo matches. It just feels like the duo system needs to be rebalanced or completely rethought.

I know there will be some that say we suck and learn to play better (and sure we definitely can improve...) but I feel like their must be many others who have had this same experience. Has Riot even mentioned rethinking this system at some point? A separate ranking for duo's just like ranked team's would be a simple solution and then the game doesn't have to be "rigged" for you to fail. It just doesn't seem to work the way it is now and we have completely abandoned the idea of duoing until (if ever) we feel like we can carry 3 trolls.

Examples of what I mean by trolls are

1. "It's my first time as ADC!"
2. I don't help the JG with a gank because he doesn't ping and then he says "OK IM NOT HELPING YOU ANYMORE!" and goes afk 3)"AFK to Fold clothes"
