Players who still rely on unreliable sources such as LoL Counter, LoL Build, etc

These site might give you good counter and build when the game hasn't evolve into how it is now, but as the game continue to change such as: Champion Rework, Damage Changes, etc

These Sources do not keep up with this and aren't updated correctly and also not made or posted by Pro or Smart Players.

They do, do some update but super unreliable because you can tell/see that they don't play the game enough to understand Counters anymore nor Build.

If you want to know more of what Champion counter a Champion, it's better to watch video of 2 highly skill players at the same level playing against each other than just reading off things that aren't true anymore.

An example would be, if you look up counter for Swain, some Champion like Syndra and Fizz appear on the List for being weak against them, that is not true lol. If you play Fizz you will get smack in lane. Syndra does not hard counter Swain, if more so they will go even going into a farm lane rather than kill lane dominant unless whoever get more Jungle attention will come out on top.

And then you have baddie who does not understand how LoL Build work or how their Champion works either. They look up a certain Build and proceed to go with it and not how the game is going.

If the enemy Team goes full AP, and some baddie search up Rammus build, who just goes full Armor like he's playing against Yi..... You need to evaluate yourself.
