Bigger Minimap Icons

So, i just upgraded to a 4K display, and i'm having this problem with league where everything is out of scale, minimap icons are really tiny, hp bars and text too, while gold and damage numbers are huge, so i did some reasearch and found out this was a known issue with the coding of the game since like 2012 when people upgraded from 720p to 1080p, basically the minimap icons have fixed size and not a scaling one, basically in every resolution, or even if you change the minimap size in game, the minimap icons won't change. I also read that some time ago there was a way to modify this number so that you could make minimap icons a bit bigger, now they say that file is no longer where it was before. now, i really love league, but this is really rustling my jimmies, it's the most popular videogame in the world, and the code has such a basic error such as constant size numbers? it just doesn't feel real, and i really want to play league again without having to change my screen's resolution on window's settings every time i log into league because that's just stupid, because even if i change the in gamge resolutions, font and hp bars are still off scale. I dont really mind having huge damage and gold text, i just want bigger minimap icons so that i can actually see the minimap, because right now a minimap icon is smaller than a champion's head, so idk, i just wanna know if this is a known issue, if riot is maybe working on it and i can hope (because the game looks great on 4k) or if there's a way of manually changing the size number without getting permabanned for having messed around with game files thanks everybody
