[CLIENT] Runes pages reset at champion lockin

I was testing today the new runes and i got autofilled, so i had to make one rune page on the go, while i was deciding the secondary tree though all the other players locked in and my rune page reset to one of the default pages that are already in the game, so i had no time to make another rune page in like 20 seconds, i doubt that's intended to work that way On a side note, is there a way to remove the default pages?
