Dear Riot Repertoir , i have issue concerning the new Quinn kit and i would like to discuss about it with you . 1: Harrier proc from passive sometime dont proc after it appear . You have to auto twice. Same issue happen for Q harrier and E. 2: Q blind seems to not work sometime as people target spell on me even under vision reduced 1 game on 3. 3: Ultimate get removed by slow that do no damage . Exemple Trundle pillar slow ( only by the slow, not path blocked), Akali shroud. It costed me a few death from ambiant slow that dont do any damage.
