Simple change. Runes are all 1k ip each, but for quints, marks, seals, and glyph they come in packages of 3 and 9 respectively. Easy change that makes it possible for noobs to buy runes

I still rather get the option to play a champ any time I want than to get .5-7 runes.

Or in some bundles, maybe 1 for a quint and 3 for runes?
