The Problem With Ranked (Especially Low ELO) Is not that your stuck in ELO Hell

Its that the amount of trolls and ragers that purposely feed make the game UNFUN. I honestly don't care that I should climb if I'm good enough (I'm not) but I am never going to try to climb if Riot doesn't crack down on all of the trolls and such. I have had so many games recently where I get in lobby and the person just says I'M TROLLING YALL ARE SCRUBS AND I HATE ALL YOU. I can't report them because I have to dodge to avoid 20+minutes of misery with these jerks, and am forced to take an LP loss and a ban because of it. The main problem with ranked is not that its hard to climb, its that it is unfun to climb.

Just play the game through. Mute people if you have to, and report trolls afterwards. Sure, you'll lose games along the way like that, but ranked is designed to be a grind. Focusing on improving your own play rather than your teammates' makes the experience more bearable.

This is so true. I could care less if I win or lose as long as its a good game. What I can't stand is losing a game because of a troll or a rager or an afker. Its just so frustrating. I won't play ranked anymore without a duo partner just because I want to minimize my odds getting one of these bottom feeders.
