Can we please nerferino the minion movement speed?

I don't enjoy being constantly visible because the minions have the same movement speed and can chase me to mid lane in a straight line. Non mobiles are already in a bad spot, don't screw them over even more, q.q. But seriously, I can't even escape a minions as Anivia? Like christ.

Or their "chase radius", so they don't aggro me multiple times.

You literally only need tier 1 boots or 1 point in utility masteries to outspeed minions as the slowest moving character. I'm sure you can sacrifice that much somewhere.
