I mean, everybody is complaining about sated and vayne, irelia and yi and whatnot. But the big problem is BORK's insane synergy with everything, while being fairly nice to build into.

I mean 24% of the target's health in two hits is a little ridiculous, even if it's physical damage with sated.

BotRK does too many things. That's the problem.

% HP damage? Check. Attack speed? Check. Decent damage? Check. Life steal? Check. On use ability that slows enemy movement speed and heals? Check.

Any number of these things could be tuned back or removed and I don't think there'd be a reason people wouldn't still pick it up. Hell, if it was changed to be a purely attack speed oriented item designed to compete with item 3172 | item 3087 | item 3085 | item 3046, or the on-use effect was removed, I think it'd still be fine. I just can't believe how that many properties managed to get onto a single item.

Reduce the life steal to 8 percent and it will be balanced.

Possibly make the passive do less damage percent health damage for ranged characters?

Instead of dealing 8%of maximum health in physical damage, it should deal 10% maximum health in true damage.

I feel like this will promote counterplay.

At the moment it's pretty much the only item we have to counter the sudden heaps of HP Items riot has splurged onto the game.

Why do you think that practically no ADC rush bork if it's so strong? It's not bork, it's the sated devourer.

I think it's too cheap. There is absolutely no reason it shouldn't cost as much as item 3072 at 3500.

It's already in a decent spot, but I'd like if they made Cutlass like this:

item 3144 = 2000 gold (1200 combine cost) Recipe: item 1053 = 800 gold

Then suddenly your smooth build path is disrupted and you have to sacrifice a consistent power curve for a great multipurpose carry item. Perhaps that would make the champions that build it easier to keep down since they'd have to sacrifice raw stats to get to it.

To honnest bork is pretty overloaded. They should split item 3144 & item 3153 in my option. So bork no longer has an active he can use.

It is % current health as physical damage though.

Most bruisers and tanks have at least 150 armor late game, they will take less than % 10 current health in that two AAs unless the enemy has item 3035 or item 3071 .

Against squishes, item 3072 will kill them faster.

item 3153 is a lot more efficient than almost any other item in game for taking down tanky targets. However, it isn't necessary a bad aspect since it prevents AA reliant champions from killing themselves first against a target with item 3075 (it does happen if the ADC doesn't have a completed LF item.)

BoTRK can receive some minor changes to keep it more in lane, but I think the problem here is that Sated Devourer is just too strong.

I rather have it's power shifted. Shift the power from it's passive into AD,so that buying armor seems more efficient.
